How to reach VENICE
here is just a short introduction, when

ARRIVING BY AIR
1) From Marco Polo airport
you can take a water taxi to get very close to the
apartments. The fare for up to four adults plus luggage
is ca. 90 .- Euro and
it takes approximately 50 minutes.
2)or you can take the Alilaguna shuttle boat
(red line), the last STOP
at San Marco or Zattere. The fare is 12 Euro per person.

3) Bus nr.5 leaves the airport to Piazzale Roma
Airport Terminal.
From there you can walk to the apatments 3, 4 and 5 or you can take
a "Vaporetto" boat, Line 1 direction Lido for the
other apartments.

From Treviso Airport you'll have to take a bus to Piazzale
Roma
bus terminal in Venice, It takes about 70 minutes; then you
take the
"Vaporetto" oat Line 1 (direction Lido)

1. Calle Nani
>to CA' REZZONICO for Apartment 2. S.
Margherita
>or SAN MARCO for the apartment 6. San
Marco.
The apartnments 4, 5 and 6, Tre ponti, Rio Niovo
and Santa Croce are near Piazzale Roma
(only 10 minutes walking )
ARRIVING BY CAR:
You can park your car in Piazzale Roma (the bus/car terminal in Venice).
Prices range from 20 to 30 euro per day. From Piazzale Roma you can
take the "Vaporetto" boat Line 1 direction Lido
You can alternatively park your car in
Tronchetto, a car park located
on an artificial island you come across just before getting
to Piazzale Roma.
ca.20.-€ per day. From there you can take a"Vaporetto" to reach
Accademia.
Line 4, Line 82 and line 3 all connect Tronchetto to Accademia.

You can also park your car in Mestre, on
the mainland. This option is the
cheapest: follow the "Mestre Stazione" signs after exiting the highway
and you'll
see, almost facing the train station, a guarded park (4 euros/day
for small cars;
4,50 for big cars). From there you can reach Venice by train: there
is one every
5-10 minutes. Tickets can be bought at the luggage deposit on track
1. to avoid
long queues 99% of trains passing through Mestre go to Venice and
all the trains
that leave Venice stop in Mestre. The ticket you'll buy
will be good for all trains
except for Intercity, Eurostar and night trains.Trains connect Venice
and Mestre
the whole day except for a few hours between 00:30 and 3:30 AM
(in case of a
train strike, you can take a bus from Mestre train stationto Piazzale
Roma).
The train takes 15 minutes to arrive at Venezia Santa
Lucia
Train Station. From there a vaporetto (Line 1, direction Lido)
can take you to the Piazzale Roma, Ca'Rezzonico,
Accademnia or San Marco stop in 25-35 minutes,
