Informativa resa ai sensi del Dlgs del 30.06.2003
„Codice della Privacy”
Ai sensi dell’art. 13 (Informativa), Dlgs 30
giugno 2003 n. 196, INFORMIAMO che la nostra ditta
Gabbiano SRL, tratta dati personali di clienti e fornitori
e di soggetti che comunicano volontariamente (via
telefono, fax o e-mail) i loro dati anagrafici al
nostro ufficio commerciale o alla direzione aziendale.
Nell’ambito delle disposizioni di legge, la
nostra ditta garantisce che il trattamento dei dati
personali si svolge nel pieno rispetto dei diritti
e delle libertà fondamentali, nonché
della dignità dell’interessato, con particolare
riferimento alla riservatezza, all’identità
personale e al diritto alla protezione dei dati personali.
Finalità del trattamento dei dati personali:
• Adempiere agli obblighi di legge, ai regolamenti,
alle normative comunitarie, alle norme civili e fiscali
• Adempiere agli eventuali obblighi contrattuali
nei confronti dell’interessato
• Adempiere ad attività connesse all’attività
economica della nostra ditta, quali la compilazione
di anagrafiche e statistiche interne, la fatturazione
e la tenuta della contabilità clienti-fornitori
• Finalità di tipo commerciale, come
l’invio di informazioni commerciali e materiale
pubblicitario (tramite posta, fax ed e-mail), attività
di marketing e ricerche di mercato
• La tutela dei crediti e la gestione dei debiti
• Adempiere all’obbligo di notifica presso
il comune, gli enti pubblici e le autorità
pubbliche delle persone alloggiate presso la nostra
struttura.
In riferimento alle finalità di cui sopra,
i Suoi dati personali saranno comunicati, se necessario:
• Alle Pubbliche Amministrazioni e Autorità,
ove previsto dalla legge
• A istituti di credito con i quali la ns. ditta
ha rapporti per la gestione dei crediti/debiti
• A tutte quelle persone fisiche e/o giuridiche,
pubbliche e/o private (studi di consulenza legale,
amministrativa e fiscale, uffici giudiziari, Camere
di commercio ecc.), qualora la trasmissione dei dati
risulti necessaria o funzionale allo svolgimento della
nostra attività, nei modi e per le finalità
sopra elencate.
I dati personali trattati dalla nostra ditta non sono
soggetti a diffusione a terzi.
Il trattamento potrà effettuarsi con o senza
l’ausilio di mezzi elettronici e, comunque,
automatizzati e comprenderà tutte le operazioni
previste all’art. 4 comma 1, lettera a, Dlgs
30 giugno 2003 n. 196 e necessarie al trattamento
in questione (qualunque operazione o complesso di
operazioni concernenti la raccolta, la registrazione,
l’organizzazione, la conservazione, l’elaborazione,
la modifica, la selezione, l’estrazione, il
raffronto, l’utilizzo, l’interconnessione,
il blocco, la comunicazione, la diffusione, la cancellazione
e la distruzione dei dati). In ogni caso il trattamento
sarà effettuato nell’osservanza di ogni
misura precauzionale, che ne garantirà la sicurezza
e la riservatezza.
Il Codice della Privacy assicura agli interessati
l’esercizio di diritti specifici di cui all’art.
7. In particolare, la persona interessata ha il diritto
di sapere quali dati personali sono in possesso del
titolare e di avere accesso a essi in forma intelligibile.
L’interessato può altresì chiedere
di conoscere l’origine dei dati, le finalità
e le modalità del loro trattamento nonché
la logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato
con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici. Può
altresì richiedere informazioni sugli estremi
identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili nominati
e dei soggetti e categorie di soggetti ai quali i
dati possono essere comunicati o che possono accedere
a essi. L’interessato ha il diritto di aggiornare,
rettificare, integrare, cancellare, bloccare o rendere
anonimi i propri dati qualora il loro trattamento
non avvenga secondo le disposizioni previste dalla
legge. Può inoltre opporsi, in tutto o in parte
e per motivi legittimi, al trattamento dei propri
dati personali, allorché questi siano utilizzati
per finalità commerciali, per l’invio
di materiale pubblicitario, per la vendita diretta,
per ricerche di mercato o sondaggi d’opinione.
I diritti in oggetto possono essere esercitati dall’interessato
o da una persona da esso/a incaricata, mediante richiesta
scritta indirizzata al responsabile nominato (Sig.ra

) per mezzo lettera raccomandata .

im Sinne des Gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes
vom 30.06.2003 „Datenschutzkodex“
In
Sinne des Art. 13 (Information) des Gesetzesvertretenden
Dekrets Nr. 196 vom 30. Juni 2003 informieren wir
darüber, dass unsere Firma GABBIANO SRL , Frau
Karin Gronebaum-Franzi , die persönlichen Daten
von Kunden und Lieferanten, sowie Personen verarbeitet,
die unserem Verkaufsbüro oder der Geschäftsleitung
ihre Personalien willentlich (schriftlich, telefonisch,
per Fax oder per E-Mail) mitteilen.
Unsere Firma garantiert im Rahmen der gesetzlichen
Vorgaben, dass die Verarbeitung der persönlichen
Daten unter Berücksichtigung der grundlegenden
Rechte und Freiheiten sowie der Würde des Betroffenen
mit besonderem Bezug auf die Geheimhaltung, die persönliche
Identität und das Recht auf Schutz der persönlichen
Daten erfolgt.
Ziel- und Zweckstellungen bei der Datenverarbeitung:
• Erfüllung von gesetzlichen Pflichten,
Pflichten aus Verordnungen, Gemeinschaftsnormen sowie
zivil- und steuerrechtlichen Gesetzen
• Erfüllung eventueller vertraglicher Verpflichtungen
gegenüber dem Betroffenen
• Erfüllung von Tätigkeiten in Verbindung
mit der Geschäftstätigkeit unserer Firma
wie das Ausfüllen von internen Statistiken, zur
Rechnungslegung sowie zur Führung der Kunden-/Lieferantenbuchhaltung
• Zielstellungen geschäftlicher Art wie
die Zusendung von Geschäftsinformationen und
Werbematerial (per Post, Fax und E-Mail), Marketing
und Marktuntersuchungen
• Schutz der Forderungen und Verwaltung der
Verbindlichkeiten
• Erfüllung der Pflicht zur Gästemeldung
an die Gemeinde, öffentliche Verwaltungen und
Behörden
In Bezug auf die oben angegebenen Zielstellungen werden
Ihre persönlichen Daten bei Bedarf weitergeleitet:
• an die öffentlichen Verwaltungen und
Behörden, wenn dies gesetzlich vorgesehen ist
• an Kreditinstitute, mit denen unsere Firma
Geschäftsbeziehungen zur Verwaltung von Forderungen/Verbindlichkeiten
unterhält
• an alle jenen natürlichen und/oder juristischen,
öffentlichen und/oder privaten Personen (Rechts-,
Verwaltungs- und Steuerberatungsbüros, Gerichte,
Handelskammern usw.), wenn sich die Weiterleitung
als notwendig oder zur Ausübung unserer Tätigkeit
zweckdienlich erweist sowie auf die oben angegebene
Art und Weise mit den entsprechenden Zielstellungen
Die von unserer Firma verarbeiteten persönlichen
Daten unterliegen keiner Verbreitung.
Die Datenverarbeitung kann mit oder ohne Hilfe elektronischer,
auf jeden Fall automatischer Mittel erfolgen und umfasst
alle im Art. 4, Absatz 1, Buchstabe a des Gesetzesvertretenden
Dekretes Nr. 196 vom 30. Juni 2003 vorgesehenen und
für die betreffende Datenverarbeitung erforderlichen
Vorgänge. D.h. jeden mit oder ohne Hilfe elektronischer
oder sonst wie automatisierter Verfahren ausgeführten
Vorgang oder jede Vorgangsreihe, bei dem bzw. bei
der Daten erhoben, gespeichert, organisiert, aufbewahrt,
erarbeitet, verändert, ausgewählt, wieder
gewonnen, verglichen, verwendet, verknüpft, gesperrt,
übermittelt, verbreitet, gelöscht oder vernichtet
werden In jedem Fall wird die Datenverarbeitung unter
Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsmaßnahmen durchgeführt,
die deren Sicherheit und Geheimhaltung gewährleisten.
Das Datenschutzgesetz verleiht den Betroffenen die
Möglichkeit zur Ausübung bestimmter Rechte
gemäß Art. 7. D.h. im Einzelnen hat er
das Recht zu wissen welche persönlichen Daten
der Inhaber über ihn besitzt und darüber
Auskunft zu erhalten, ob Daten über ihn vorhanden
sind, auch wenn sie noch nicht gespeichert sind und
in verständlicher Form nähere Angaben über
diese Daten, Herkunft und den Grund und Zweck ihrer
Verarbeitung zu erfahren, sowie Angaben über
Inhaber und Verantwortlichen der Verarbeitung und
Personen und Kategorien von Personen denen diese Daten
möglicherweise übermittelt werden. Der Betroffene
hat das Recht seine Daten zu bestätigen und zu
kontrollieren, zu berichtigen und zu ergänzen,
zu beantragen, dass die Daten gelöscht, gesperrt
und in anonyme Daten umgewandelt werden falls die
Verarbeitung gegen die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen verstößt.
Er hat das Recht sich aus gerechtfertigten Grund gänzlich
oder zum Teil der Verarbeitung seiner Daten zu widersetzten,
sowie ihre Löschung, Sperrung, Umwandlung in
anonyme Daten zu verlangen und ohne gerechtfertigten
Grund, wenn Daten zum Zwecke der Handelsinformation,
des Versands von Werbematerial, des Direktverkaufs,
zu Markt und Meinungsforschung verwendet werden.
Die gegenständlichen Rechte
können seitens des Betroffenen oder einer von
ihm beauftragten Person, mittels Anfrage an den Verantwortlichen
(Karin Gronebaum-Franzi, Via Padova 83, in 30017 Jesolo
Lido ) mit Einschreiben oder E-Mail geltend gemacht
werden.

Informative report provided in line with the
Italian legislative decree 2003/06/30 “Privacy
Code”
In line with Art. 13 (information), legislative decree
n. 196 of June 30th 2003, we hereby INFORM that the
Gabbiano SRL , processes the personal data of customers,
suppliers as well as of people providing our office
or our management with their data (by phone, fax or
e-mail).
In accordance with the legal provisions our company
assures that the processing of personal data takes
place in respect of fundamental rights and freedom
as well as in respect of the dignity of the person
concerned, with particular attention to confidentiality,
individual identity and the right to personal data
protection.
Purposes of processing personal data:
•
Fulfilment of legal duties, regulations, Community
rules, civil and tax rules
• Fulfilment of possible contractual obligations
towards the party concerned
• Performance of all tasks connected with the
business of our company, such as filling in of in-house
statistics, rendering of accounts, customers / suppliers
book-keeping
• Commercial purposes such as sending of business
information and advertising material (by post, fax
and e-mail), marketing activities and market research
• Protection of credits and management of debts
• Fulfilment of the obligation to notify the
municipality and the public bodies and authorities
about the identity of the people lodging by us.
With
reference to the purposes mentioned above, personal
data will be transmitted, if necessary:
• To public bodies and authorities when provided
by law
• To credit institutions our company is in relationship
with for credit/debts management
• To all physical and/or legal persons, public
and/or private offices (lawyer's offices, offices
for administration or tax advice, judicial offices,
Chambers of Commerce, etc.) when the notice is necessary
or functional to perform our activities, always in
line with the conditions and purposes mentioned above
Our company will not release personal data to third
parties.
Processing of personal data shall take place with
or without the assistance of electronic or in any
case automated means and shall include all the operations
provided by Art. 4, paragraph 1, sect. a, of the Italian
legislative decree n. 196 of June 30th 2003 (any operation
or range of operations concerning the collection,
registration, organization, storage, processing, modification,
selection, drawing, comparison, use and deletion of
personal data). Processing shall always take place
in accordance with every precautionary measure granting
its safety and confidentiality.
The Privacy Code grants the parties concerned specific
rights as for Art. 7. In particular, individuals have
the right to know what personal data are in possession
of the Controller and to gain access to them. In addition,
the party concerned can ask for information about
the origin of personal data, the purposes and the
methods of their processing both if this takes place
with the assistance of electronic means or not and
about the details of the Controller, of the persons
in charge and of the subjects or categories of subjects
to whom personal data can be disclosed or who can
have access to them. The party concerned has the right
to check, confirm, correct and complete his/her personal
data and to ask to remove, close or make anonymous
the personal data which is not processed in respect
of the law. The party concerned shall prevent completely
or in part the processing of personal data for legitimate
reasons and to require their deletion, closure and
anonymous nature also without justified reason, in
case personal data are used for commercial information,
sending of advertising material, direct sale or market
researches and opinion polls.
The above mentioned rights can be exercised by the
party concerned or by an appointed person by means
of a registered letter or an e-mail addressed to the
